General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 8kbd platform and all services included within it. Here, "8kbd", "we", "our" refers to the organisation operating this platform, and "user", "you" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor.

The 8kbd platform is built primarily for Bangladeshi users. It offers sports betting, online casino games, live casino and other gaming services. By using the platform, you confirm that you are bound by these terms.

These terms have been drawn up in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the original and authoritative version. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali text will be treated as final.

1.1 Scope of Services

1.2 Applicability of Terms

Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

To play games or place bets on 8kbd, you must create a valid account. During registration you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full name (as per national ID card)

• A strong password

If the information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, 8kbd reserves the right to suspend or close that account at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person or members of the same household create multiple accounts using the same device or IP address, this will be considered a policy violation. If detected, all associated accounts may be closed and any pending balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Giving or sharing your password with anyone else is prohibited. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify the 8kbd support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

8kbd reserves the right to verify your identity at any time when necessary. This process may require a copy of your national ID card, passport or driving licence. Failure to provide the required documents may delay the withdrawal process or result in account restrictions.

Age Verification and Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Proof of Age

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If there is any doubt, 8kbd may request proof of age at any time. If you cannot provide proof, or if it is established that an account was opened using a false age, the account will be closed and any deposited funds will not be returned.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

8kbd is operated for Bangladeshi users. Access from certain regions may be restricted due to international law or local regulations. Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy is a violation of these terms.

3.3 Self-Excluded and Restricted Users

Users who have registered for self-exclusion may not open a new account or use the platform during the exclusion period. In line with the Responsible Gaming Policy, any new account identified as belonging to a self-excluded user will be closed immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 8kbd is ৳200. Deposits can be made via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks). It is generally recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit.

All deposits must be made through a method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

All active bonus wagering requirements on the account must be met before a withdrawal can be made. A withdrawal cannot be processed while any active bonus remains without being cancelled.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

8kbd monitors all transactions. Unusual or suspicious transactions may require additional verification and the related withdrawal request may be delayed. In cases involving money laundering or fraud, the relevant authorities may be notified.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A specified minimum deposit must be made to receive this bonus.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — that is, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be bet.

5.2 Bonus Terms in Detail

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, which must be read before accepting the bonus.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, they must be cleared one by one in order.
• Bonuses are for single accounts only. Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonus offers have a fixed expiry period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• A maximum bet limit may apply while a bonus is active.

5.3 VIP Cashback

8kbd's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback is paid on the net loss each week: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver and up to 1.0% at Gold. For example, if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

Progression through VIP tiers is based on regular and active play — there is no specific turnover threshold. 8kbd reserves the right to modify or cancel the VIP programme terms at any time.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on 8kbd are settled in accordance with the platform's current rules and conditions. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason; however, 8kbd reserves the right to void or amend a bet in the event of a technical error or an obvious pricing mistake.

6.2 Odds and Result Settlement

Sports betting results are settled on the basis of internationally recognised outcomes. If a match is incomplete or suspended, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.3 Technical Issues

If any game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device problem, 8kbd will settle it according to the server record. The server record will be treated as the final evidence.

6.4 Game Rules

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game.
• The software used to run games is provided by third-party suppliers who follow their own fairness standards.
• The RTP (Return to Player) percentage varies for each game and represents a long-term average, not a guarantee of immediate results.

Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

7.1 Prohibited Behaviour

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8kbd platform:

• Playing games or placing bets using another person's account
• Deliberately placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements in anticipation of a bonus ("bonus abuse")
• Using automated software or bots to operate games
• Exploiting system errors or bugs for unfair advantage
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards other users or 8kbd staff
• Any false claims or fraudulent activity related to the platform

7.2 Collusion

If multiple users work together in a coordinated manner to gain an advantage in the same game or bet, this will be considered "collusion". In such cases, all associated accounts will be closed.

Security and Privacy

8.1 Data Protection

8kbd uses SSL encryption technology to protect users' personal data. Information stored on our servers is secured by industry-standard security protocols. We never collect unnecessary data.

9.2 Account closure requested by the user

9.3 Balance in Closed Accounts

Terms and Conditions Changes

11.2 Continued Use After Changes

If you continue using the platform after the terms and conditions have been changed, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms. If you object to the new terms, close your account and stop using the platform.
